Candidates should possess the following:

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited university; advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years as a Consultant or Senior Business Analyst with Market Access and/or pharma pricing consultancy

 

CONSULTING SKILLS

  • Proven project management; thorough management of project, deliverables, timeline
  • Understand project process and how work streams fit into project and client objectives
  • Manage project, capabilities and proposal development by working with (Senior) Research Analysts to provide relevant secondary and primary research; identify gaps in information and guides research
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution and effectively delegate
  • Structure and review deliverables
  • Maintains strong, positive relationship with client
  • Facilitates presentations and workshops
  • Evaluates secondary research for white space, “what is not there”
  • Conducts primary research interviews, translates into payer insights for strategic recommendations
  • Prepares client ready project deliverables for senior review in timely manner and in accordance with company quality standards
  • Support project, capabilities and proposal development by providing relevant secondary and primary research
  • Understand project process and how work streams fit into project and client objectives
  • Strong analytical skills – comprehensively review relevant cross-functional information and concisely summarize for deliverables with considerations of implications for the client
  • Ensures client satisfaction is exceeded

 

KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Solid knowledge of payer environment in major countries, including coverage and reimbursement, pricing, health technologies assessment, and health/pricing policy (US, EU5)
  • Solid understanding of relevant disease background for deliverable
  • Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically, identify strategic options and trade-offs, effectively communicate business impact and strategic recommendations
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office applications, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel
