POSITION SUMMARY: 

This position requires a technically knowledgeable and experienced operations mamager machining plastic or metal parts; not injection molding,   The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager.  Using outstanding interpersonal skills and a process improvement acumen, this new person will set and deliver goals that support strategic corporate objectives.  

 

Objectives include:  on time production of quality parts as well as planning, purchasing, scheduling, ERP, inventory, floor layout management, quality, manufacturing engineering, safety, customer service, shipping, warehouse, manufacturing design engineering, and employee development.  A true leader with abilities to connect with a variety of internal colleagues, and to sell internally, is needed here.

Job Description:

 

Our client has asked us to help source a Procurement Business Analyst for their company. The desired candidate MUST have a bachelors degree and 6+ years relevant analyst experience in the energy or petrochemical industry.

 

The Position:

This role is responsible for providing strategic analysis of key energy inputs to the petrochemicals industry including crude oil, natural gas, and coal.  The analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining data related to supply/demand balances, trade flows, production economics, long-term drivers of pricing (macro-economic, political, technology, regulations, governmental policy, etc.) and other industry trends and issues related to upstream energies and technologies.

This position is a highly visible role within the company and interfaces with our global procurement and business teams. There is senior management level support to build additional bandwidth and capability in this area. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively develop and communicate deep fundamental knowledge of key energy inputs to key internal stakeholders

  • Provide strategic analysis of energy markets as input to energy procurement plan development

Job Description:

 

We have a client within the Industrial Services industry looking to hire a Field Engineer to work at a client site just north of Mobile, AL.

Position Summary:

Provides on-site reliability and mechanical engineering support for client’s rotating equipment. Support includes all on-site technical support for fixed fee sealing device and Reliability Improvement contracts including: Inventory management, reliability analysis, sealing device upgrade management, pumping system design and upgrade analysis recommendations.

Individual will be responsible for assigned site meeting negotiated contracts’ performance A1s.

This position works directly with plant personnel to target specific areas for rotating equipment improvement and is directly responsible for the implementation of those improvements. Additional responsibilities include: seal failure analysis, design, development and implementation of programs and systems to maximize customer plant efficiencies and provide customer support that meets/exceeds customer expectations while meeting company’s business objectives.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of customer plant reliability program.

  • Serve as the driver of the implementation team.

  • Work closely with relevant plant personnel.

  • Conduct plant surveys, load data into survey tools, maintain survey data on an ongoing basis.

  • Conduct warehouse surveys and track inventory consumption while maximizing inventory turns to contract KPIs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering and Energy Management to join their team.

 

Position Purpose:  Manages and directs the design, engineering and implementation of energy conservation strategies and utility optimization initiatives across the Company’s store base to drive bottom line utility savings. Manages, directs and provides fiscal control over all utility supply purchases, deregulation agreements and energy usage for all Company retail facilities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develops, recommends and implements energy conservation initiatives aimed directly at reducing overall utility costs across the Company.

  2. Manages the activities of three subordinates: Sustainability Engineer, Energy Engineer and CADD MEP operator. Additionally, responsible for the activities of third party invoice processing provider.

  3. Manages and administrates all issues related to utility service procurement contracts and third-party service providers to ensure uninterrupted service to store base.

  4. Develops the annual utility budget including the long range forecast of projected commodity values. Presents budget recommendations to Executive Committee for approval.

  5. Manages the sourcing of nation-wide utility providers. Procures alternative suppliers of deregulated energy. Aggregates supply to improve marketability.

  6. Develops and recommends optimization strategies and tactics associated with physical plant, store infrastructure, HVAC, store equipment and lighting design improvements.

  7. Develops life cycle modeling of store equipment and HVAC requirements to implement remote monitoring technology to control and optimize power consumption.

  8. Communicates and collaborates with Division Management and Senior Management to provide continual support and direction on all energy related issues.

  9. Responsible for design and implementation of company-wide sustainability strategy including building “green” awareness campaign for store operators.

  10. Manages and directs the administration of all utility and deregulation agreements to verify contract pricing accuracy and to correct any billing errors.

  11. Provides human resource planning for direct reports including performance appraisals, leadership evaluations and individual development and career planning. Trains, counsels and evaluates assigned staff relating to annual salary increases and performance ratings.

  12. Works with other department Directors in the design, engineering and development of store of the future and overall improvements to existing store base to improve constructability, maintainability and energy efficiency.
