What to expect:

If you are selected for a review, we will first call you to confirm your level of interest and schedule a prescreening interview.  At this point we may ask you to supply professional references and conduct a brief skills assessment test verifying your capability respective to the position you are applying.

The next step will be to present you to the client for an interview.  They may require we pull a credit report and background check prior to making any offers.  If you think either of these conditions may be of concern, please let us know up front so that we can do our best to resolve any outstanding issues.

 

We will assist you through the offering and negotiation phase.  It is truly our desire to place our best candidates with the right clients.  Our clients and candidates are equally important to us and we are thrilled to help make the right match.
